Contract & Deposit
A signed contract and deposit are required for all bookings. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Parking & Travel
Select resorts are valet-only or may cost more than standard parking. Vdara, Planet Hollywood, Signature at MGM, and Trump Tower may require an additional $25 to $50 parking fee, based on the actual resort parking charge.
Travel within Las Vegas is included. Travel outside Las Vegas is charged at $0.75 per mile roundtrip. If travel exceeds 4 hours roundtrip, a hotel room is required the night before.
Group Bookings
You may add or subtract people receiving services up to 45 days prior to the event date. Removing a person 45 days or less before the event does not remove that service charge. Adding a person within 45 days is not guaranteed and is accepted only if artist availability allows.
Booking Times
Each service is scheduled for a specific amount of time. All clients receiving services must be available at their scheduled time so the timeline can stay on track. Services for more than one person must be performed at the same location and consecutively unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Fee
A $25 late fee is charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late, or when a service exceeds its allotted time because of client delays. If tardiness prevents a service from being completed within the scheduled window, the artist may need to move to the next client and is not responsible for unfinished hair or makeup caused by the delay.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule services, or if the artist cannot perform services because of circumstances caused by the client or parties connected to the client, please provide notice as soon as possible. Deposits are nonrefundable.
